Pick Up & Delivery

How can I sign up for the pick up & delivery service?

Sign up with Eco Green Cleaners or call 1-866-389-0110 to start service. Eco Green Cleaners will come by your house or place of work twice a week to pick up and deliver. You don’t even have to be there. Our drivers can pick up and deliver your cleaning at a pre-arranged location at your home or work place.

 

On your initial start date, place your garments in any bag and leave in your designated location by 7:30AM. After the first pickup, we will provide you a bag, and pickup&deliver either on Monday & Thursday or Tuesday & Friday.

What are scheduled pick-up and delivery days in my area?

Regardless where you live, You have 2 options: Automatic Route or Will Call Route

Automatic Route: We go two time a week to pick-up and delivery. Pick-up and delivery dates are various depends on your area as listed below. It is either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday. This is good if you know you have cleaning every week. 

Will Call Route: Is when you call or e-mail us in your orders the night before the service is required.  This is good if you don’t want to commit to a certain day, and you like to keep your options open.

Route-2 (Pleasantville 01) - Mondays & Thursdays
Pleasantville, Briarcliff Manor, Sleepy Hollow, Thornwood, Valhalla

 

Route-3 (Pleasantville 02) - Tuesdays & Fridays

Pleasantville, Briarcliff Manor, Chappaqua, Millowod, Mt Kisco, Thornwood

 

Route-4 (Bronxville) - Mondays & Thursdays

Bronxville, Eastchester, Mt Vernon, New Rochelle, Tuckahoe, Scarsdale, Pelham, Yonkers

 

Route-5 (Tarrytown) - Tuesdays & Fridays

Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow, Briarcliff Manor, Irvington, Elmsford, Dobbs Ferry, Hartsdale, White Plains 

 

What time do you pick up and deliver?

Our pick-up and delivery is between 7:30AM - 4:00PM.  

Do you charge a delivery fee?

No. It is Free. Eco Green Cleaners deliver reps. will be in your neighborhood, so we can offer you this pick-up and delivery service at no additional charge. You just pay for your cleaning.

Where do you pick-up and drop-off my clothing?

Pick ups are from your porch or a pre-designated area. Clean clothes are returned to you and placed on the hook that is provided to you in the begining.

Do I have to be there when the order is picked-up and delivered?

No. Leave your bag on the porch or a pre-designated area, and we take care of the rest. We'll pick it up and deliver it back to you according to your pick up and delivery days above.

How do I pay for this service?

By Credit Card - We accept visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. A monthly statement at the end of each month will be emailed to you. 

How do I place an order each time?

By Phone: call 1-866-389-0110 leave your name, address and phone number

 

By Internet: go to www.ecogreencleaners.net and submit Pick Up Orders on our website.

How do I tell you about a special request concerning a garment?

If you have special instructions, attach a note to the item or leave a message on our voice mail at 1-866-389-0110. If ordering on line, enter a detailed note in the space provided in the special instruction field.
